Sosúa beach, Dominican Republic

Sosúa, Puerto Plata

Your home base on the north coast

A laid-back beach town with world-class diving, vibrant nightlife, and some of the most affordable Caribbean living you'll find anywhere.

Why Sosúa?

Sosúa sits on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, tucked between Puerto Plata and Cabarete. It's small enough to walk everywhere, big enough to never run out of things to do.

The town is famous for its crescent beach, clear water, and a relaxed international vibe that draws expats, digital nomads, and repeat visitors year after year. Prices are a fraction of what you'd pay in Punta Cana — and the experience is far more authentic.
